Collaboration in funded projects

Jointly with you, we generate ideas on how to implement a meaningful project.
Collectively with you, we develop the project concept.
We propose partners essential to build a powerful project team.
We prepare and submit the project proposal to a suitable funding agency.
After acceptance, we take care of the consortium agreement.
After starting the project (typical term 2-3 years), we coordinate the project tasks, organize meetings and prepare the required project report for the project sponsor.
Once the project has been completed, we showcase the jointly developed, high-performance prototype.

Collaboration in contract research

We will sit down with you to understand the task accurately.
We plan the required resources (equipment, time, personnel) and present our plan to you.
We prepare an offer that allows you that allows you to understand what you get for your money
We will process your order and inform continuously about the work progress.
After finalization we will send you a comprehensive report and all data generated on behalf of our client.
You will receive an invoice which accounts for the agreed service.

SCOPE

ZOEK (Zentrum für Organische Elektronik) gGmbH is a partner with many years of R&D experience in the field of organic and printed electronics (OPE) with a focus on cost-effective, conformable and flexible components. As a technology transfer institute, we see our task in advancing technology and thus, efficiently closing the gap between university research and industrial applications. We use our experience in process development and prototyping to implement project ideas flexibly and quickly. For the project implementation, we use our own equipment and we rent necessary equipment from the University of Cologne in order to expand our offer. Many years of experience with contract research as well as numerous funded projects makes us an OPE specialist.

ORGANIZATION

The COEC has two shareholders Verein zur Förderung des ZOEK e.V., with different research institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, major enterprises, and financial institutions as members, and the Ideas Factory Cologne (IFC), a subsidiary of the University of Cologne.
